Delivered electrical installation for the new greenfield Panasonic battery manufacturing plant in De Soto, KS. Scope included installing power feeders from substation distribution panels to branch transformers, panels, and equipment, along with all associated raceway, panelboards, wiring, and terminations. ECA also installed the facility’s lighting and lighting control systems and completed instrumentation and controls installation, including raceway, wiring, CAT6, and fiber for mechanical and tooling systems. Services included startup support, quality control coordination, commissioning activities, and system testing with detailed reporting.

Completed extensive demolition and reconfiguration of existing conveyor and assembly systems at the GM Fairfax plant to transition production from the Chevy Malibu and Cadillac XT4 to the electric Chevy Bolt. Installed new power distribution, conveyor control panels, drive platforms, body shop robotic cells, EV integration robots, and associated controls, all executed within a fast-paced 12-week shutdown schedule.

Performed major furnace rebuild electrical work at Cardinal Glass facilities in Spring Hill, KS and Church Hill, TN. Scope included demolition and rework of furnace, tin bath, lehr, batch house, and cold end conveyor systems, along with upgrades to medium-voltage cabling and switchgear to support modernized glass production operations.

Delivered electrical installation and infrastructure upgrades across multiple projects at Ford facilities, including the Kansas City Assembly Plant. Work included extensive conveyor and production line installations, facility expansions, stamping and tooling line electrical systems, air tempering upgrades, and battery plant support. Scope ranged from 15kV power distribution, substations, MCCs, and busway systems to fire alarm, BMS, lighting, controls, robotic cells, and assembly equipment installations. Projects were executed in active production environments requiring complex scheduling, shutdown coordination, and close collaboration with multiple contractors and Ford operations teams.
